Finally in 29 years!!NASA has launched a spacecraft to Pluto.

Q:What are the names of the largest asteroids?
A:Ceres,the largest.followed by Pallas,then Vesta,then after it is Juno.
Q:What is the name of the 1st predicted comet?
A:It is Halley's Comet,whose return was predicted to return on 1759.This comet was named after English Astronomer and Scientist Edmond Halley.This comet returns to its perhelion every 76 Earth years.
Q:Why didnt the asteroids clumped together to form a planet the size of Pluto or in between Pluto-Mercury?
A:It is because scientists,using Newton's law of Gravity,theorized that it is because of the gravities of Mars and Jupiter playing 'tug of war'.This unables the asteroids to clump together to formed another planet.
